Melissa officinalis. Grow in a sunny border. The leaves are used for making balm tea which is beneficial for headache sufferers. They can also be used in cooked dishes. Brush the leaves to release the fresh lemon scent. Little pale yellow flowers in the summer. Easy to grow and propagate. Height 75cm. 475 seeds.
