(Hyssopus officinale) Perennial. Best started under glass and needs a sunny location.
Makes a fine show when in flower in the herbaceous border. Can be used fresh in salads but otherwise cut close to the ground when the first flowers are about to open.
The leaves can be dried whole. Ht 45cm.
