A much under-rated vegetable which is delicious boiled with a white sauce. This variety is much smoother than other types which results in less waste. The best place for the tubers is in the ground so plant out as soon as conditions allow 30-40cm apart.
Available from mid January to early March . Orders can be placed from October onwards and must be received by 15th March.
