That’s why we’ve introduced our Germination Guarantee. If your seeds fail to germinate, we will compensate you for your purchase. Our guarantee applies to all seeds bought from us within 90 days of delivery and can only be claimed once per order.
To ensure successful germination, follow the steps in our germination guide (a physical copy is included with your order). In the unlikely event that your seeds do not germinate, we will replace them like-for-like quickly and without any hassle.
Please note that the guarantee only applies if you have followed our germination and storage guidelines, and can reasonably demonstrate this. For example, you can provide images of the seeds on a damp paper towel or in an appropriate container.
To claim under the Germination Guarantee, contact our support team with supporting images of all germinated and ungerminated seeds, as well as a newspaper or mobile phone displaying the date. Please note that one claim per order is allowed, and if you don’t germinate all your seeds at once, the guarantee applies only to the ones claimed, not to future or past ones.
